How do I receive Free Delivery?  

We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £35.00 with a Mainland UK delivery address.

Please note: Free Delivery will be applied to your order during checkout after you have logged into your Green Bay Customer Account or saved your Guest Account information on the checkout page.

Free Delivery may not always be combined with other Green Bay promotions and offers (see our Terms & Conditions).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Whether you’ve ordered Manuka Honeysuckers to help with that sore throat or you simply can’t wait to taste our delicious Manuka Honeycomb, we understand the importance of receiving your order as soon as possible.

Over 99% of all Green Bay orders receive Same-Day-Despatch¹ and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days².   

What Delivery Methods are available?

Mainland UK

  • Orders weighing up to 2kgs will be delivered via Royal Mail.
  • Orders weighing over 2kg will be delivered via DPD courier.

Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Ireland

  • Orders weighing up to 2kgs will be delivered via Royal Mail.
  • Orders weighing over 2kg will be delivered via DPD courier.

Highlands & Islands, Ireland & Northern Ireland Delivery Options

International 

Not all international delivery addresses are available for DPD and DHL.

Do you have a question about your order?

We are proud to say that 99% of our deliveries arrive with our customers in tip-top condition. We measure this by tracking issues reported by customers as cases and comparing this against the total number of orders dispatched from our warehouse, which is located in Cambridgeshire.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. One of the Green Bay team will be more than happy to assist you and will do their upmost to provide a speedy resolution as part of our 100% Gurranteed Customer Satisfaction. 

Need to make a return or arrange a replacement delivery?

We always describe our products as best we can to prevent any surprises once your order arrives. We understand though that sometimes you may need to return or replace your order because something just isn't quite right. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarranteed you always have the right to return your order*.

Returns Policy:

  • If you change your mind for any reason after purchasing a Green Bay product, you are backed by our quality promise which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any part of your order. Returns must be unopened and in as new condition (this does not apply to defective products where your statutory rights are unaffected).
  • Please complete the Order Returns Form below or use one of the methods on our Contact us page to notify us of the products you wish to return or exchange. 
  • A member of our team will provide you with a Customer Service Case Number so we can identify any returned products.
  • Please endeavour to have the order number, product name, batch number and Best Before date to hand when you call.
  • To make life easier please obtain a proof of postage and the sales receipt. Please note only return postage costs pre-agreed with a member of our team will be refunded.
  • A refund will be issued or replacement products will be sent out as soon as we receive your return.
