This flax fibre is excellent for me as I am diabetic and have ulcerative colitis. I am taking it to my next check up and intend to show it to my gastrology consultant. Several of my friends are going to order since they have sampled mine. My daughter introduced me to it and it has certainly made a great deal of difference to my digestion.
