Green Bay Flax Fibre is 100% Organic and grown in the rich soils of selected farms in the South Island of New Zealand. After harvest the flax seeds are cold-pressed then milled.

Flax Fibre is a balanced protein, fibre rich ingredient with low G.I. and provides a great balance of soluble and insoluble fibre, useful for removing toxins from the body.
